RESPONSIBILITY (AOR).  NOTE:  LANDING AT CONTAMINATED BASE
WITHOUT THE FULL ACDE ON SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AS A LAST RESORT
ACTION TO BE UNDERTAKEN ONLY WHEN NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
A. 	OPTION 1:  INFORM THE CONTROL TOWER, AT ALTITUDE, 
THAT AIRCREW DOES NOT HAVE COMPLETE ACDE ON AND WILL BE COMM-
OUT DURING FINAL APPROACH.  REQUEST LANDING CLEARANCE AND TAXI

INSTRUCTIONS.  WHEN INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECEIVED, BUT IN NO CASE
LOWER THAN 5, 000 FEET AGL, REMOVE HELMET AND OXYGEN MASK AND DON
M-17 SERIES MASK.  ONCE CLEAR OF THE ACTIVE RUNWAY, EXERCISE
CONTAMINATION AVOIDANCE PROCEDURES WHILE TAXIIING TO PARKING
AREA.  HAVE GROUND PERSONNEL SPOT DECON THE CREW EXIT AREA ON THE 
UPWIND SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT IF POSSIBLE.  DON PLASTIC OVERBOOTS
BEFORE TOUCHING THE GROUND AND THEN DON THE OVERCAPE AS 
NECESSARY.  AIRCREWS SHOULD BE TRANSPORTED DIRECTLY TO THE
CONTAMINATION CONTROL AREA (CCA) FOR DEBRIEFING, DECONTAMINATION,
AND FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
B.	OPTION 2:  INFORM CONTROL TOWER AT ALTITUDE, THAT
THE AIRCREW DOES NOT HAVE COMPLETE ACDE ON AND REQUEST LANDING
CLEARANCE AND TAXI INSTRUCTIONS.  WHEN INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECEIVED,
BUT IN NO CASE LOWER THAN 5,000 FEET AGL, SWITCH TO 100% OXYGEN,
GO TO EMERGENCY OXYGEN, AND SHUT DOWN THE ECS.  ONCE THE ACTIVE
RUNWAY IS CLEARED AND AIRCRAFT IS STOPPED, TAKE A FULL BREATH AND 
HOLD IT WHILE REMOVING THE HELMET AND OXYGEN MASK.  DON THE M-17
SERIES MASK, CLEAR AND SEAL MASK, AND RESUME NORMAL BREATHING.
EXERCISE CONTAMINATION AVOIDANCE PROCEDURES WHILE TAXIING.  HAVE 
GROUND PERSONNEL SPOT DECON THE AIRCREW EXIT AREA AND HAVE

AIRCREW EXIT ON THE UPWIND SIDE OF AIRCRAFT.  IF POSSIBLE.  DON

2.	LOCAL PROCEDURES MUST BE ESTABLISHED AND DISSEMINATED
FOR GETTING THE CREW/AIRCRAFT FROM THE BARRIER/END OF RUNWAY TO A
