B. LIMFAC: King FAHD International Airport (KFIA) has limited
IFR capability.

(1) DISCUSSION: We understand a PAR/ASP capability is being

shipped to this location very soon. We are actively involved in
locating the radars and establishing IFR capability in the near
future. Appreciate the efforts of all concerned.

(2) PROPOSED SOLUTION: Continue installation of a precision
approach radar capability.

2. MAINTENANCE: The combined maintenance complex continues to
remain combat capable. Recent RDO action will replace the munitions
destroyed in the 21 Nov incident. We currently have a 24.0 day
supply of munitions, however, the additional two squadrons will
necessitate a larger inventory. Exact requirements for additive
forces are being developed by DOW and CENTAF/DOO. The contractor has
completed the Mohawk parking ramp and the Army has vacated our ramp.
Paving of the south infield is in progress; estimate completions by
10 December. This will permit further dispersal of aircraft. We
began building revetments with in-house labor since Red Horse was
unable to accept the project. We currently have four teams working-
-two on each shift. After the initial learning curve, we would like
to double the effort and hope to have all aircraft revetted by mid
January. We have completed a site survey at King Kahlid Military
City for a FOL operation to expand operations to the northwest. We
believe the concept is workable and are awaiting CENTAF/RSAF approval
to proceed.

3. LOGISTICS: We remain in excellent shape in fuels support,
with our average daily inventory of jet fuel running around 8.5
million gallons. We have four R-14 bladder systems in operation on
the A-10 side of the airfield and are in the process of installing
another one on the AFSOC side. We understand King Fahd will be the
APOD for a large number of Army forces. Comm ALF and 101AD/LG
meeting is scheduled 8 Dec to work out Army/ALCE ramp space
allocation.

A. War Readiness Spares Kit (WRSK): Fill rate for WRSK cells
remains above 80 percent. Hard WRSK assets are at the 90 percent
level.		

B. Transportation: Government vehicle in-commission rate is
averaging above 90 percent with a fleet of 435 vehicles.

C. (U) Financial Position: Pay advisories are now getting to us in
a very timely manner and we were pleasantly surprised when leave and
earnings statements showed up. A big thanks to the CENTAF/AC staff
for their efforts in both areas.
