0930 Major Rogers called by MSgt Cackowski from SE. He determined the
incident occurred in the maintenance checks - the pilot threw the fuel
master switch by mistake. This deprived the engine of fuel which shut
down. The loss of electrical power caused the EPU to activate as
advertised. Maintenance personnel where advised to immediately change
clothes, shower, and see the BIO engineer. No status at this time for
         the maintenance personnel.

0938 Briefed by Rumble. Major Pollock briefed him that the flight surgeon
checked 6 maintenance personnel for the affects of hydrazine. All
         checked OK.

0939 Aircraft with hung bomb check 0k.
