GFNERAL DESCRIPTION OF HF RADIO PROPAGATION CONDITIONS OBSERVED DURING THE 24 HOUR PERIOD ENDING 29/2400Z AND FORECAST CONDITIONS FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. HF PROPAGATIONS CONDITIONS IN ALL SECTORS AND LATITUDES HAVE BEEN NORMAL OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. A LARGE SOLAR FLARE OCCURRED ON 25 JAN 91 WHICH MAY RESULT IN DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS. HOWEVER THE TIME PERIOD FOR MAJOR DEGRADATION TO OCCUR HAS ALREADY PASSED. STATIONS IN THE POLAR AND AURORA L LATITUDES ARE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE EFFECTS FROM SOLAR FLARES BUT ALL REGIONS CAN BE AFFECTED. PART III.
