      Continue to monitor progress of the move to Khobar Towers.

      Continue to developing plans +or operations, communications and
  movement throughout the entire rear and forward area.

  5. COMMANDER'S COMMENTS:
           7--------------
      I visited the battalion during its load out today at Cement City.
  March units departed on time in a variety of vehicles. Cement City has
  turned into a quagmire with the rain of the past two days.

      The Group S3 coordinated with the ARCENT DEH on Khobar Towers. We are
  number one on the priority roster but still do not have a move in date.
  We have assigned buildings which are still occupied by VII Corps units!
  Our inability to consolidate our operations will continue to hinder
  support functions as communications assets become even more obscure.
