                1. Due   to recent verbal @,iid physical confrontations betwl-eii host
                natit3n drivers delivering ammunition to the Carps ASP, anL' the
                continuous problem of these drivers smoking ant, E:ookinc! within
                close proximity of these loaded itfimunition trucks. we have a need
                for Host Nation law enforcement assets to be located within the
                ASP (LJI'M grid TK 510650).

                2.   These law enforcement assets must have jlirisdicticin over the
                Ht3rt Nation drivers, must be able to sz2eak anri understand
                English, must be available 24 I)Durs a diy, and must have a
                verified clearance to operate within the /.NSP.

                3. Anticipated requirements are threo personnel per shi-F@ (to
                includo one break person) with communication @,!id vehicle
                capability. Life support can be province, if tit-ceE;s,3ry, through
                coordination with the 46th Support Group.

                4. This request    is in addition to our request dated 26 Sei3teMt3er
                1990.
