            SUBJECT.: Closing of Saudi   Royal Airforce  Range (Azziziyah
            Range)


            1. Problem: Azziziyah Range presents a      danger to all
            personnel in the Half Moon Bay area and must be closed
            immediately.

            2. Discussion: Azziziyah Range (located: 2GOON5007E,
            2608N5004E, 26111.5005E, 261IN5007E) has an impact area which
            places most of the eastern coast of Half Moon Bay in the
            firing fan. One soldier has already boon injured by rifle
            fire from this range. Adjustments to the firing direction
            and times of fire have hot satisfactorily solved the safety
            problems of the range.

            3. Recommendation: Azziziyah Ringe be closed.
