            MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION

            SUBJECT: Periodic Deployment and LNO Meeting


            1. There will be a periodic deployment and LNO update meeting
            hold every other day in the Gavin Room East. The first meeting
            will be held at 110830 Sep 90, and should last no longer than
            one hour. Subsequent meeting's will be announced at the end of
            each meeting, but should generally be scheduled every other day.

            2. The meetings will be designed to.cover all pertinent
            information across all staff functional areas concerning the
            deployment, staging and basing of all incoming units with
            emphasis on the III Corps units. All staff agencies should be
            prepared to discuss in detail their plans for the reception and
            integration of each incoming units. 63 Terrain Management will
            av as host and monitor for the meeting, they will be kept
            informal and treated as working sessions. In order to
            -Facilitate the meeting, request each staff coordinate agenda
            items the day prior to the next meeting.
