             SUBJECT: Justification for Relocatable Buildings

             1. The 24th Finance Support Unit is in great need of both
             relocatable buildings and air conditioners. For the past
             three weeks the 24th FSU has been working out of tents
             (Victory Station). The weather and dust 2onditions are taking
             a toll on their computer equipment. In :)rder to keep the
             'life line' to the soldier, these computers      be placed @'Ir,
             a cooler and dust free environment. Continuing to work in
             these conditions will only delay the finance operations and
             increase the bill in repair cost.

             2. Request  @r relocatable buildings with air conditioners
             to support the finance mission during Operation Desert
             Shield.
