         Continue to monitor progress a+ the move to Khobar Towers.

         Continue to developing plans for operations, communications and
     movement throughout the entire Corps area.

         Coordinate for the movement a-F replacements by aircraft or ground
     transportation.


         I visited the 460th Replacement Detachment operation at Cement City
     today. Replacemen    are b6ing processed in an efficient mann r with.
     positive accountability for each soldier being maintained using the
     TACCS. We are providing soldiers with basic comfort items and can billet
     up to 400 soldiers. We are working an air transport of replacement to
     KKMC. ARCENT SUPCOM has stated that they can not support us by
     transporting replacements to the Corps release point at KK14C. We are
     working innovative solutions to this@ablem.
