         (e) Ammunition and explosives will be secured tn vehicles and
     containers.                          1             4

         (d) Seavana/Milvano/Conxes will be marked with their gross WGight
     before departure from home station.  All shipping containers with
     hazardous cargo will contain appropriate placards*

     S. Vehioles/Trailers/Misoo

         (a) Vehicles will be equipped with serviceable and proper lifting
     devices and/or shackles to be used for lifting equipment and seouring
     it aboard ship.

         (b) Vehicles arriving at the SPOE for deployment processing
     should have fuel tanks at 3/4 full level. In no case may vehicle fuel
     levels exceed this point. Generator trailer fuel levels may not
     exceed 1/2 full. 5000 gal fuel tankerat BERTT tankers,, and truck
     mounted 600 gal DODS may contain fuel but must be completely full or
     completely empty.

         (a) All cargo loaded in or on vehicles will be secured.

         (d) @'Jerry canall may not be more than 3/4 full of diesel fuel.
     Jerry can s may not contain gasoline* If they contain diesel fuel,,
     they must be carried in the vehicle rack designed for the carrying of
     such cans.
