         ANNEX M (SERVICE SUPPORT) TO 1AD OPLAN 65-91M (ATTACK/MOVEMENT TO CONTA



                  (5) (U) Class V.

                       (a) @ Requests to 800th CMMC should be in Combat
         Configured Loads or by DODIC/quantity. Provide specific delivery
         locations and desired delivery frequency to DAO. DAD consolidate and p
         to 800th. Maximum delivery frequency is 3 shipments per day per ATP/ASP.

                       (b) (U) DA Form 581s do not need to be processed through
         Corps G4 or MMC for ASP issue. Properly authorized requisitions presented
         by properly identified individuals will be honored.

                       (c) ;e 7th Spt Group provides and hauls 60 S&P loads of
         Class V to accompany the Division. Assets are provided to establish the
         first ATP in zone. Location of the ATP will be provided by FRAGO.

                       (d) UO DIVARTY units participating in the preparation or
         artillery raids must report the location of empty or partially filled
         trailers and trailer status to the 229th MCC. COPPERHEAD, FASCAM, and
         DPICM will not be abandoned.


                       (e) @) Upon arrival in PYTHON, units report status of Cl
         V to DAO. DAD consolidate and submit to CMMC.


                       (+) (U) Aerial resupply packages are limited to Class V
         (aviation, MLRS, designated artillery), Class III(P), and Class VIII.
         Package contents are listed in Appendix 3.

                  (6) (U) Class VII.

                       (a) @ WSRO will be the main method a+ replacement.
                       (b) (9') Wartime requisitions will be filled based on
         reported battle losses. Prioritization of -Fill will be based on unit
         priority established by the G3.

                       (c)     Initial TR replacement stocks will be crewed.

                       (d) (ZI Replacement MIAls will road march forward due to
        terrain restrictions on the use of HETS.


                  (7) (U) Class VIII.

                       (a) (20 428th MEDSOM provides backup Class VIII support.

                       (b) @ SMs carry 10 DOS chronic use medicine.
