         ANNEX M (SERVICE SUPPORT) TO 1AD OPLAN 65-91M (ATTACK/MOVEMENT TO CONTP

         MCO(DREAR). Emergency air resupply is requested and managed thru the
         DTO(DMAIN). Emergency air resupply packages are available. Request IAW
         Appendix 2.
                       (d) @ Division HET line will be limited to BDF7 rear
         boundaries, unless limited by terrain or available routes.

                       (e) @ Priority of organic HET support will be to ATP
         operations, then to maintenance evacuation.

                       (-F) @ Air backhaul transportation will be used for
         evacuation of critically wounded.

         3. (U) Hospitalization and Evacuation. See Annex N (Personnel Service
         Support).

             a.   (U) Hospitalization. See Service Support Overlay.

             b.   (U) Evacuation.

                  (1) (U) Ground evacuation is the primary method of evacuation
         the BSA.

                  (2) (U) 341st MED Group provides air ambulance evacuation from
         the MASH and CSH to the Corps' EVAC hospital. Air evac is possible from
         the BSA within the capability of the air ambulance company to provide the
         service, but should not be relied upon.

                  (3) @ Air evac request is on FM 39.15, RED, Old Squelch "OFF".

         4. (U)   MISCELLANEOUS.

             a.   (U) All night moves will be done under blackout drive.

             b.   (U) DISCOM will produce and provide the DISCOM portion of the
         Service Support Overlay to 64.

             C.   (U) Units will capture and report movement historical data, to
         include trafficability and fuel consumption by type vehicle for all phases
         of the plan.
