          Appendix 2 (The Battalion Training Plan) to Annex C OPORD 02-91

              (t) M203 qualification and familiarization.

              (n) Mobility drills.

          3. Concept of the Operation:

              (a) Companies will conduct all training at their level except for
          combat lifesaver training, SWA orientation, Intel update, Bn CO
          exercise and NBC proficiency testing. The Bn training plan mill
          commence on 27 NOV 90, weekends will be days off and the 13@h and
          14@h will be reserved for equipment inspections and airmovement
          briefings.

              (b) Weapons qualification / familiarization will be conducted at
          Reese range. Ranges 2, 3B, 4A, 4C and 5 are available 27-30 NOV.
          Range allocation; D Co - 27 NOV, C Co - 28 NOV, B Co - 29 NOV, A Co -
          30 NOV, HHC will send firers with each company.

              Cc) Demolition Training - conducted at Bamberg LTA. Range days
          available 4-7 DEC, allocation; A Co - 4 DEC, B Co - 5 DEC, C Co - 6
          DEC, D Co - 7 DEC, HHC will send 12Bs with each company.

              (d) NBC Proficiency Test - Stats will be set up TAW TAB A.
          Filter exchange and serviceability check will be properly supervised
          to ensure that the mask fits properly and is functional. NBC Team
          Decon and Control Party testing will be done at battalion level using
          unit NBC NCOS.

              (e) Combat Lifesavers - Training will be conducted by the Bn
          medics 3-7 DEC. All companies will ensure that their combat
          lifesavers who are no longer current receive refresher training.

              (f) Bn CO Exercise - Scheduled for 5-6 DEC. It will involve
          all company operations sections and the Bn TOC. Objectives; opening
          and closing of radio nets, passing reports, posting of information.

              (g) Call for Fire training - The TFSO is available. Coordinate
          with SSG Helke.

tation - Will be done by the Chaplain - companies
          will coordinate directly with the Chaplain for dates.

              (I) Intel Briefings - Will be conducted by the 9-2 for all squad
          leaders and above holding a Secret or higher clearance. Companies
          coordinate directly the S-2.

              (jl Geneva league - The S-1 will provide briefing packet.

              (k) LUO Training - LND training will be conducted at Bn level on
          4 DEC 90. Each line company will designate 2 people as L & Os.

          4. Coordination Instructions:

              (a) S-4 will pick up additional ammunition from Graf on 27 NOV 90
          (TAB 2). Turn in any remaining ammunition on NET 10 DEC NTL 12 DEC
          90.
