          1.   Request  the following UIC's be added to the lst COSCOM TOMF.

               (04LAA)  357th Med Det - 44TH Med Bde


               (TGGAA)  342nd Med Det - 44th Med Bde


               (BTKAA)   48th Med Det - 44th Mod Bde


               (GO9AA)  341st ST AEB - 8/158th AVIM - 507th


          2. Please delete the following UIC from lst COSCOM TOMF.

               (V2JAA) - Under 7th Trans - Erroneous UIC. UIC is S6ZAA


          3. Due to shortages of TACCS Equipment, the 2nd MMC and 4th MMC will use a
          combined TOMFFile to expedite personnel accountability. Please provide Ist
          COSCOM 61 with a current TOMFFile that reflects most recent changes, including
          the combined 2nd MMC and 4th MMC.
