         PROBLE@L: Devote Transportation to CSS units with combat assets
         under the same priority.

         OBSERVATION:   When CSS assets do not arrive with comb.-.tt
         the combat units must improvise to to develop support --Q:ICE!!-,ts.

         DISCUSSrO..I: Particularly a problem with maintenance            for
         24 ID (M) when their arrived in theater minus their ASL kiz:,- to
         ship malfunctions.   This stressed the COSCO.'4 to provide s;.i,,)port.

         LESSON' LEARNED:  ASL must be with division.

         RECO@NDIENDATION ACTION: Move CSS slice to include ASL si-'-c,?. with
         combat assets.
