           OBSERVATIO'4: Overloaded trucks resulted in bent frames when
           lifted by crane onto ships for transport.

           Discussroi: 2 1/2 ton and 5 ton trucks were fully loaded with
           equipment prior to boarding ship. Some frames itere bent when
           loading and unloading ships.

           LESSOLI LEARNED: Adhere to maximum weight load for vehicles and
           lifting procedures.

           BECO.XXENDED ACTrON: APIC provide a warning in oper-ator's manual
           cautioning against overloading prior to sea transport and units
           provide training and guidance on lifting off loaded vehicles.
