           freeze an all radio frequencies sars, and variable fills. The freeze would
           be in effect until further notice.
               At 241300@91, the RFCT halts    tempararly vicinity grid NT 2998 to get
           into MOPP 2. At the same time it takes it's first nerve agent antidote pills.
           By I;S36 hours, it receives a divisional FRA(30 that has 3 AD attacking in zone
           241500CFEB91 with the RFCT following the 2d BDE. Thirty minutes later, the
           combat team's lead elements from TF 3-5 CAV have reached the border berm.
           Reports off the Divisional O/I net indicate that the Tawakalna Division are
           observed to have been removing the sand bags off their tanks.
               Command and Control was exercised with the RFCT commander (COL Nash) up
           f ront following TF 3-5 CAV in his TAC (one MUU tank, M577, and HEMMIT
           fueler-, plus three MIlZA3s 4Cr-md track, ALE), FSCDDRDI-). The Bde S3 traveled
           in the TACs M577, while the executive officer traveled in his HUMMV leading
in his MiAl tank
           closely behind and centered on its lead Alpha company, while the S3 traveled
           with the TF ALO on the TFs right flank with Team Delta (the FSO's track was
           inoperative and did not travel with the commander). The XD traveled inside the
           TF TOC's M577. TF 4-32 AR's commander (LTC Kalb) and S-3 both traveled behind
           the lead company, Brava, in their tanks with the ALD and FSO in their
           respective tracks also accompanied them. TF 3-5 CAV's commander (LTC Brown)
           followed behind his lead company/team, Charlie Mer-hl in his M2. His TAC
           consisted of the S-31 FSO, ALD, and COLT Teanh each in their respective
           tracked vehicles. See Annex A thru D for RFCT and TF movement -formations. See
           Annex E for Task Organization.
               Distribution of navigational aides were given to all combat maneuver
           commanders @TF, Co/Tm) to include the Bde and TF TAC/TDC's and executive
           officers. S@@a's possessed two devices not including those from their
           fire support t@ 2-3 FA*s distribution of fourteen @s4 with trim packs4
           to it's Fire Support Teams were: four each to TF 3-5 CAV & 4-34 AR; three each
           to TF 4-37 AR wW 5-5 CAV. The wwo accurate and user friendly G@s, or
           Magella,Wsv where given to the maneuver commanders, while the more cumbersome
           Loran navigational devices were distributed to other C2 elements throughout
           the RFR-T LCCV@ TF )Urs, atcl
                The RFCT crossed the LD at approximately 241621CFEB91 and was given lanes
           19 through 33 lanes that cut through the border ber@ See Annex F and G for
           Operational Graphics. TF 3-5 CAV took lanes 24-28; TF 4-32 AR lanes 19-23;
           4-34 AR lanes 29-33; the Bde TAC with lane 26; 2-3 FA lanes 26-St-, 12 EN (-)
           lanes 23-25; the Bde TOC had lanes 26-27-, 503 SB(F) 20-31; and 5-5 CAV (though
3-24 and 34-36. Most of the TFs
           experienced confusion during this phase of the operation. This was due to a
