         PMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION

         Subject: Personnel Reporting Procedures


         1. Reference message, lst PERSCOM, DTG 2512302 NOV 90
         subject: SAB.

         2. Corps is required to report to Ist PERSCOM the status of
         personnel which have been determined non-deployable starting on
         27 Nov 90. The PERSCOM message was retransmitted to all units.
         The message outlines all the permanent categories for deployment
         disqualification. Any temporary disqualifications will be
         reported in the other category with a brief one or two word
         description for reasons for disqualification.

         3. The current reporting of total numbers for personnel POM'D
         and those found to be qualified and not qualified need to tie
         together with this report.

         4. The following information must be submitted in the following
         format:
