         MEMORANDUM FOR Area Support Group Dhahran

         SUBJECT: Immunization Program, Second Inoculation


         1. The second inoculation in the mandatory immunization
         program will be administered to all ASG personnel on 12 Feb
         91, IAW the schedule below.

         2. Units with new arrivals are authorized to send soldiers
         for both first and second inoculations.

         3. ASG HQs, APOD, PEO and AMC should report to the 85th EVAC
         Hospital between 0800 - 1000 hours, ASB from 1000 - 2400
         hours. Make-up inoculations are scheduled for 16 Feb 91.
