DETAILS: At 1015 HRS, 27 OCT 90, this (CARTER) AT
station was notified by of the above 1600 HRS, 28
accident. Investigation by ROBINSON OCT 90
revealed that at the above time and date, MPDO (CAMPBELL)
VEH #1 was stopped at a traffic 1015 HRS, 27
light facing northwest at an unknown OCT 90
location on King Fahd St. in a straight only
lane. VEH #2 was in the right
turning lane, also at the stop light. The
traffic light changed to green and VEH #2
at empted to move in front of VEH #1
"us to an improper lane change by
VEH 4t , VEH's #1 and #2 collided
with impact occuring with the right front
bumper of VEH #1 with the left rear
door of VEH #2 ( VEH #1
sustained no damage. VEH #2
sustained a 5 inch dent in the left rear
door was found to be 100% at fault by
CPT ABOULLAH (Dammam Traffic Station) ECOD
is unknown. This is a final report.
