          Urinalysis revealed blood in urine (small +) . Protien was abnor:.,.a2.ly h'g@:
          specific gravity was 1.060. Telecommunications with veterinarian suggested
          possible prostate problem. The choice of treatment, 960 Tribrizaen, again
          could not be followed due to lack of medication. Alternate treatment was
          cleared with veterinarian. Tx.- Cotrim (Sulfamethoxale/Trimethoprim) half
          tablet BID x 14 days. Will perform urinalysis in 7 days to see if there are
          any changes in condition. ADDENDUM: Prostate check was administered to animal
          and animal showed no signs of discomfort.

          PROJECTED SCHEDULE FOR WEEK OF 27JAN91: Make contacts at ATH for use of
          laboratory, pharmacy, and medical supply.
