            332D MED BGE is to stay located at L. B. Alpha
            The 2 - JA teams with 7TH CORP are currently located at L. B. Echo
            L. B. Alpha is getting DSU issue from L. B. Echo, & is also drawing Bations
            from Host Nation Warehouse in Hafr Al- Baten


            COL ALM wants one 91R at each EPW camp. Each such camp is to be home for 4,500
            Mp's. Each camp is to have, capacity of 25,000 EPW'S, (expandable to 50,000 EPW'SZ)
            LTC LIVELY & COL WESSON ARE TO get to know & have working relationship with the
            M Commanders of the EPW camps. We (VETS) need to know if the EPW camp is operated
            by 7TH CORP, 18TH CORP, or EAC Mp's.      The resident 9IR is to work with the S-4,
            dining facility SGT, deal with preventative medicine issues, etc.

            3RD 91R to go to Hafr Al Baten Wrhse (host nation) on L4onday 18 FEB.

            COL ALM briefly discussed anthrax capability (chemical) of Iraq.
            COL ALM also discussed whole POTATOES coming from area countries which use/rnay use
            night soil. ALL POTATOES BEING ISSUED THRU THE THE HAFR AL BATEN HOST NATION WRHSE
            MST BE BOILED BEFORE USE. ""NO BAKED POTATOES"".        COL WESSON-TO PREPARE CORRESPONDENCE
            ADVISING ALL RECEIVING UNITS OF THIS REQUI
            Mr. Bitar (Vitar) needs a copy of food items EXEMPT from inspection requirement.

            888th VS JA team is assigned to the  483rd.   888th is temporarily attached to the
            422d for operational support, daily  needs &  support & mission assignments).

            Col Trask advised there is now an operating   MEDSOM at @C, he will provide COL
            Wesson with POC.

ING HIS STAY WITH 422D LTC LIVELY WILL ASSIST IN PROPER RECORDING & COMPLETION OF
            THE MONTHLY 2651 FORM.
            MAJOR ADAMSON is the 483rd VET colocated & working with SPC L. Nelms. Khamis Moushat
            MWD site is an attending locttion for 483rd monthly 2651!!!
            CSC VULTURE will be covered -inspected - by 91RIs from Riyadh

            ""NEW APPROVED & DISAPPROVED LISTS WERE DISTRIB=.
            "MOR's" -upon receipt- MIL STD 105 severity table to be used for sampling - use
            the LOWEST sampling rate available.

            COL ALM advised that many  companies in USA are donating a wide and varied assortment
            of food items. These may   arrive in any CONEX Save what you carm & report & account
            for losses, Any of those   type items will generally be a one time shipment,
