q. Unit Personnel (number and grade structure)
We needed one more body. E-6 or below. That would have made the 3 Three Man Teams
we had planned work. It would have allowed the CP supervisor be just that instead
of having to fill in when it became necessary.
Also it would have been real nice to have had a 76Y20 and a 63B20 assigned to the
unit. This would have allowed the 55D to totally concentrate an their mission and
not a totally administrative one.
We also felt we may be top heavy in rank, more junior people would have allowed
all our team leaders to have been exactly that.
More personnel, at a minimum of four, would have allowed more coverage on the
number of vehicles that are currently assigned.
r. Individual Weapons
No complains, we had more firepower than some companies. We would recommend that
all members a+ the unit stay with one pistol and a rifle with M203. Definitely
makes you feel more safe.
