    RED 14 (DAILY MEDICAL STATUS REPORT) (MEDREP)



    1. GENERAL. The RED 14 (MEDREP) will be prepared by all Battalion Aid Station level
    and higher echelon medical treatment facilities. The RED 14 (MEDREP) la designed to
    facilitate transmittal of unit casualty information significant to tactical
    operations.

    2. REPORTING UNITS.

        a. Battalion Aid Stations report to their supporting Medical Clearing
    Company.

        b. Medical Clearing Companies submit reports to the DISCOM Medical Operation#
    Center, as well as consolidating and forwarding subordinate battalion aid station
    reports.

        c. The DISCOM Medical Operations Center will report to the Division Surgeon
    In D-MAIN.


        d. All separate battalions and separate companies, not attached to brigades,
    report directly to D-UAIN.

    3. TRANSMISSION. The RED 14 (MEDREP) will be transmitted by the most expeditious
    means available to include   secure telephone, teletype, radio-teletype or messenger.
    When transmitted by electrical means, the report will have a PRIORITY precedence.
    Telephone reports will be subject to the same security considerations afforded other
    tactical messages.
    4. PERIOD. Report will be submitted daily as of"t2QQ to arrive to the            Division
    Surgeon at the D-MAIN NLT @R.INQrj@
