diplomatic arena... don't know what that'll mean... but it shows us the linkage

decisions within the parameters granted. Still think we're in a good posture
and the momentum of moving towards G Day will continue. Keep an eye focused

SIDE NOTE: According to LTC Williams/Corps G4 who was working the water tril-l'
i--sue, he cannot resolve .t. 1 got with COL Rutherford after the brief and
z:old him that answer was unacceptable to MG Funk and that if 3AD could not get
any more water trailers, then what needed to be done was a cross-levelling of
-..-ucks between 1AD and 3AD (26 + 6 = 32; divided by 2 = 16 per division). I

.him the answer was needed by noon today (I made the timeline up..but I think
it is +air since the decision should have already been made). COL Rutherford
said to check back for the answer at noon, if he did riot have an an@.wer, he
recommended MG Funk call BB Landry for resolution (crappy answer). I
