            d.(U)BRIEFING TOPIC: 45 Saudi Arabian Physicians visited the
        1-41 FA'gn Aid Station and C/24 FSB Medical Co today. The visit
        showed the physicians how a Divisional US Army Medical System is
        organized. LTC Hall, the Division Surgeon, coordinated the visit
        and the doctors were escorted by LTC Smith, a US Medical Services
        Corps @MSCI officer. Topics of discussion included but were not
        limited to Physician Assistance -CPAsi-, training, and the Combat
        Lifesaver Program.

             E.(UPRIEFING TOPIC: The divisions Victory Six dinner was held
        at 0618b(fC JAN 91. Guests included the commanders of the 12th AVN
        BDE, 212th FA BDE, and the 171 Corps Support Group @CSGI. Prior to
        the d inner commanders were br lefed an the D iv ision's upcoming CPX
        @11-13 JAN 911 and the Division's Command and Cckntrol Plan.

            a.(LI)RAINING SUMMARY FOR 6 JAN 91:

                    lst BDE - E-7 IN conducts a night breaching exercise.
        3-7 IN continues Movex -CCo upload and movements. 4-64 AR conducts
        Co/Plt STX and battle drills.

                    2nd BDE - TF 3-15 issues orders and conducts PCI for Co
        STX. TF 1-64 conducts vehicle and weapon systems maintenance. 3-69
        AR conducts MlAl transition gunnery.

                    197 BDE - 1-18 IN prepares for TF Breach Demonstration
        -[10 JAN 911@ 2-18 IN conducts Desert Stakes -(CTTI competition.
        P-69 AR conducts maintenance and recovery operations.

                    AVN BDE - HHC BDE conducts weapons cleaning and
        preparation for M16A2 range. 1-24 AHB and 3-E4 AVN conduct aircraft
        maintenance and flight operations.

                    DIVARTY - 1-41 FA conducts vehicle road march and
        practices hipshoot fire missions. 3-41 FA conducts battery ATREPS.
        4-41 FA conducts maintenance.


       DISCOM - 24 FSB conducts NBC readiness for individual
        proficiency. 224 FSB conducts classes on employment of land mines.
        197 FSB conducts refuel operations while on the move. 724 MSB
        conducts CL VIII resupply operations.

                    2-4 CAV - A Trp conducts logistic operations planning and
        CTT training. C Trp conducts aircraft maintenance and Scout Weapon
        Training. D Trp conducts aircraft maintenance. D/4 Cav conducts
        MlAl gunnery. A/3 EN conducts demolition FTX.

                    1-5 ADA - Conducts ADA back brief to Corps. A Btry
        conducts maneuver techniques for a TF in the offensive. B Btry
        conducts equipment, protective mask, and weapon maintenance. C Btry
        conducts NBC MOPP exchange and equipment maintenance.

                     24 SIG - Conducts M16A2 range firing.
