                        Combat vehicles- Destroy br**ch block/gun tube,
            engine, turret ring, or significant fir* in vehicle.

                     b. Tactical vehicle- Damage engine block and break frame
            or significant fir*.

                     C. Yontactical vehicle- Damage to engine block, crushing,
            or fir*.
                  3. Items identified of friendly interest in FRAGO 148-91          -V/
            will be marked with engineer tape crossed over the vehicle with
            unit POC/phont * placed &dj¢ to the right front corner of the
            vehicle, protected with a sandbag.

                  4. Safety measures:

                      a. Stay clear signal one minute continuous blast of a
            vehicle horn.

                      b. Engineers will coordinate minimum safe distance with
            EOD personnel.

                      c. Personnel will remain upwind of blast because of
            possible toxic fumes.

                      d. No demolitions during hours of darknexs. EENT-B?&T.

                      e. Personnel will wear flak jackets and be prepared to
            don protective maxks when exposed to smokt/fumes from burning
            items.

             I#   5. No suspected chemical munitions will be destroyed.
            Notify Corps Chemical Officer for disposition.

                  6. Use minimal amount of demolitions, and non-explosive
            means of destruction whenever possible.

                  7. Units will report IAW normal VII Corps engineer sitrep
            all items found by target a. location, type of item, and action
            taken. Standard # system will be used, 1.*. IADOOI, etc.

                  S. Corps Engineer Work Line (CEWL)- IPSA Pipeline Road in
            US sector, and lUK div rear boundary.

                  9. Effective time for Implementation of tngineer/EOD
            demolitions control 030001MAR. MSCA will provide NLT 050001.14AR a
            composite list of all Items destroyed prior to 3 March.

                  10. Traffic on roads will be halted at minimum safe distance
