                    Division (-)(reinforced by an air- traffic control
                    platoon attached from the 18tli Aviation Brigade)
                    and 43d Corps Support Group (-) to begin mo\,iiig on
                    22 December 1990 to establish Assembly Area WENDY
                    in the vicinity of NR 300870. Effective with the
                    closure of the lst Cavalry Divison Haiti Comniand
                    Post into Assembly Area WENDY, all elements in
                    that area are attached to the ARCENT Support
                    Command. The lot Cavalry Division will leave
                    Tiger Brigade (let Brigade, 2d Armored Division)
                    in Assembly Area HORSE with the attachment of a
