        for tracking actions.

                 (2) Handoff of Casualty Shelf to PERSCOM.

                 (3) Established program for bringing "Squads, Crews
        and Teams (SCTS) into Theater in conjunction with G3, G4 and
        ARCENT PERSCOM.

                 (4) Established Theater-level priorities for fill and
        distribution plan for Career Fields and Career Management
        Fields.

                 (5) Established automated program (Lotus 123) for
        tracking Theater personnel strength.

               . (6)- Integrated newly assigned personnel into the
        organization; organized to support combat operations.

            d. Manpower Management Division

                 (1) Published initial edition of Command Group OER
        Rating Scheme.

                 (2) Refined R Base pertaining to personnel assigned to
        HQ ARCENT (on-going).
