             SUBJECT: Destruction of Iraqi Equipment +4u)

             4uis.@. Purpose. The purpose of this memorandum is to highlight
             methods and resources required to destroy Iraqi equipment.
             2.(Pt-*@ This handbook describes methods to destroy Iraqi
             equipment using both conventional and unconventional methods.
             Trained personnel must be used to employ conventional
             munitions. These munitions include C4, TNT and thermite
             grenades. Since units may not have these -munitions available,
             unconventional methods are also presented. Unconventional
             munitions can be employed with the guidance included in this
             handbook. These unconventional methods require resources which
             are available at the unit level.
