            tankers, 17EA M931 5-ton tractors and IEA M818 5-ton tractor, NLT

            222400 APR 91. Equipment will be delivered in a PMCS ready
            condition, cleaned and customs inspected to German customs
            standards. POC at 2ACR is MAJ Winters, COMM:      03-341-5826/6107.

            POC at 2D COSCOM is MAJ Williams, ACofS SVCS, TASS-9-7564-765.

                     (4) Cdr, 7/159 AVM: Be prepared to provide AVIM
            maintenance support and aviation Cl IX parts supply for the
            duration of the Rafha mission.
                 c(U,Xe Coordinating Instructions:

                      (1) C2 change over will occur effective 210001 Apr 91.

            The command and control functions of the 2d COSCOM will be
            transferred to XX?IC. All reports, missions, directions and
            planning will take place at XKMC. New TASS numbers for SPO OPNS

            are 9-7560-846/781/758.


                      (2) Malaria pill consumption (500 MO Chloroquine
            orally weekly) will continue for 6 weeks after departure from the

            KTO. After return to home station Internal surveillance measures

            will be instituted to detect possible hidden cases of malaria.

                      (3) We have trained more than one hundred COSCOM
            soldiers to assist with the inspection and clearance of
            containers. The use and integration of these personnel into the

            customs inspection program is key.    Commanders must insure that

            the COSCOM RAT is provided an accurate list of unit customs
            trained personnel so that they can be appropriately paired with
            MP customs agents. Units also provide a list of containers on
            hand and the status of each (i.e. full ready to be pulled, full
            awaiting clearance, empty. etc.) All information is to be passed

            to the COSCOM RAT, TASS 9-7566-720%721\722.
