                     (i) 80th ASS.

                           (1)  Conduct Port Support Activity (PSA) at
          Antwerp.
                           (2)  Be prepared to provide enroute support in
          Belgium.

                           (3)  Implement Host Nation Support as required

                           (4)  Direct coordination with MTMC-E and lst TMCA
          authorized.


                           (5)  On order, be prepared to operate refuel/rest
          stops for all convoys transiting your AOR to the designated
          SPOES.


                           (6) Provide one LNO/NCO to H(2 21st TAACOM NLT 13
          Nov 90.


                           (7) Esatblish combined operation center ICW BE FI
          at SPOE.

                                Operate Departure Airfield Control Group
          (DACS) at             Air Base (RAB). DACS will be OPCON to V
          CORPS.
                                Receive OPCON USMCA Mannheim and Karlsruhe.
          Be prepared to --.-c@,/ide enrc)ute support in USMCA peacetime AOR.

                                Frovide support to deploying Tenant units.

                           (4)  Be prepared to provide maintenance teams and
          drivers to PSAs as    required.

                           @@)  On order be prepared to provide Blocking,
          Bracing, and Tie-do,,in equipment (BB&T) to 21st TAACOM units
          deploying and on an emergency basis to other units as tasked.

                           (6) Provide support to barge site Mannheim. On
          order, be prepared to support additional sites as tasked.

                           (7) Direct coordination with V Corps authorized
          for DACG operations .

                           (8) Direct coordination with MTMC-E and Ist TMCA
          authorized.

                           (9) Implement host nation support as required.

                           (10) On order, be prepared to operate refuel/rest
          stops for all convoys transiting your AOR to the designated
          SPOES.
