                       i. Aeromedical Evacuation.

                            (1) USAFE will provide, as available, tactical air
                   evacuation from the FCZ to RCZ/COMMZ.

                            (2) Helicopter aeromedical evacuation in the combat z(
                   will be provided by corps air ambulance units. Non-medical
                   helicopters will be used for evacuation of patients on a backh,
                   basis; this is coordinated through the supporting Movements
                   Control Center.

                            (3)   Precedence for air ambulance evacuation is as
                   follows:

                                  (a) Urgent - evacuation required immediately to
                   save li4,e or  limb.

                                  (b) Priority - evacuation required within four
                   hours.

                                  (c) Routine - evacuation required within 12 hours.

                            (4) Requests for air ambulance evacuation will include:

                                  (a) Location of pickup site: (six digit
                   coordinates preceded by 100,000 meter grid designator).
                                  (b) Radio frequency and call sign of the radio at
                   the pickup site.
                                  (c) Number of patients by precedence. (IV)-l-U----
