           ANNEX X (REPORTS) TO XVIII AIRBORNE CORPS FIELD SOP


           1. General. This annex prescribes the formats and times for
           all required reports that will be submitted by subordinate
           headquarters. All reports will contain the identification of
           the reporting unit and the DTG of the report.

           2. Reports will be submitted IAW the reports matrix (see
           encl). Particular attention will be given to the preferred
           method of transmission, as shown in the last column, in order to
           regulate the volume of traffic on critical communications
           systems. Reports will be submitted to the location shown with
           information copies sent to those locations indicated.

           3. All reporting times shown are local times. Changes to
           reporting times required by higher headquarters or other
           circumstances will be transmitted by message from XVIII Airborne
           Corps G3, or indicated in the appropriate OPLAN or OPORD.

           4. Narrative amplification of problem areas is authorized on
           all reports.

           5. Classification will be IAW the guidance provided in the
           OPORD, OPLAN or other pertinent documents.

           6. Reproduction of this annex is authorized.
