                                    CERTIFICATE
         
           I,                   make the following statement under oath: On
           right of 5 Nove 90, I, was on guard duty, first shift
              to 2200). About 1930 A66 and crew arrived at our AA and the COlt of
           '~hift stopped the vehicle at the gate anda crewmember,
           'inted to give a ground guide for the tank.
         
              As the vehicle moved forward the driver said he could not turn
           ~e something was wrong with the transmission, so the guards pulled
         one of the gate post so the vehicle could pass and as the vehicle
           i.  I couldn't see any smoke but you could smell something burning.
         
                                    As myself an continued our mission we noticed some smoke
           ig from the engine compartment of said vehicle. The crew dismounted
           tried to put out the fire but it had gotten too hot too fast.
