     made several suggestions, including moving fuel tricks further
     from ammuniLion trucks, better grounding for fuel trucks, putting
     up and enforcing no smoking signs, and using the Desert Shield
     ammunition storage methods covered in AMCCOM TM 9-1000-DS-1. All
     of his suggestions were adopted within a day or two. He felt the
     Regimental Commander placed special emphasis on safety.
    
             (3)    Nevertheless, the accident did highlight safety
      concerns as outlined in Annex N.
