              11 Nov    USCINCCENT issued annex D to USCENTCOM Operation Order 001
 for logistics support
              12 Nov    USCINCCENT requested that COMUSNAVCENT plan for full staffini
                        of hospital ships and an additional 1,000 beds by 15 Jan

              13 Nov    SECDEF increased reserve call-up authority to 126,250, includ-
                        ing 10,000 for the Navy and 15,000 for the Marine Corps

              13 Nov    FLTSURCTEAM 3 recalled its personnel effective 19 Nov
