                                 Mission of Physical Therapy Dep't Aboard the USNS COMFORT (T-AH20):
       To support the mission of the USNS COMFORT including all functions within the domain of
       Physical Therapy.
       Primary mission is two-fold;
       (1) Provide the highest quality acute wound and burn care including but not
       limited to:
         a.  hydrotherapy
         b.  debridement
         c.  dressing changes
         d.  Range of Motion
         a.  positioning
         f.  functional splinting
         g.  strengthening

       (2) Provide the highest and most efficient care of musculoskeletal injuries sustained
       by the staff of the USNS COMFORT, to maintain the highest state of readiness on board.
         a.  evaluation
         b.  Range of Motion
         c.  strengthening
         d.  stretching
         a.  use of modalities
         f.  education
