TOPIC:  Jet Lag

DISCUSSION:

Personnel arriving in SWA from CONUS require two or three days
recovery time after the long flight.   Jet lag affects eating,
sleeping, mental awareness and attitude.

LESSON(S)  LEARNED:

Jet lag is a serious consideration.   A recovery period should be
allowed if at all possible.
