                                      MISSION STATEMENT


                The mission of the    Disbursing North Headquarters Element,
          centrally located at Ras     Al Mishab, is to oversee all functions of
          the five deputy disbursing offices in all disbursing, operational and
          supply matters in support of the U. S. Marines located within their
          juristiction.

                                     SEQUENCE OF EVENTS


          15 Dec 90    - Established the Disbursing North Headquarters Element.
                       Personal assigned to that element ar as followsc          lstlt
                       Hollinger, MSgt Brown, MSgt Harris, SSgt Grayless, Cpl
                       Mears and LCpl Miller.

          17 Dec 90    - Established the Manifa Bay Deputy Disbursing Office for
                       disbursing matters related to lst Marine Division and Ist
                       Force Service Support Group.      Personal assigned to that
                       office are as follows:     IstLt Rees, SSgt LaCurto, ggt
                       Flores, Cpl Miller, LCpl Harris, LCpl Willoughby and LCpl
                       Andronoda.

          20 Dec 90    - Established the Ras Al Mishab Deputy Disbursing Office
                       for disbursing matters related to GSG-2 and U. S. Marine
                       Medical Personel.    Personal assigned to that office are
                       as follows.   IstLt Hillyard, SySgt Gil, Cpl Gorecki, LCpl
                       Washington, LCpl LaPorte, LCpl Mahoney, LCpl Southern and
                       LCpl Ahlstrom.

          28 Dec 90    - Established the Kabritt Deputy Disbursing Office for
                       disbursing matters related to DSC.      Personel assigned to
                       that office are as follows:     lstlt Moore, SSgt Timm, Cpl
                       Langley, LCpl Humphries, LCpl Haskins, LCpl Cavendish and
   LCpl Bradburn.

          10 Jan 91 - Established the Kabritt-West Deputy Disbursing Office
                       for disbursing matters related to 2d Marine Division.
                       Personel assigned to that office are as follows.-         CWC)-3
                       Guthrie, SSgt Crawford, Cpl Villa, Cpl Brink, LCpl Henry,
                       LCpl Collier, LCpl Bernatovich, LCpl Yoshipioura and LCpl
                       Jepson.

          23 Jan 91    - Submitted Pro/Con marks for all enlisted, E-4 and below
                       to main disbursing office at Ras Al Jubail.

          27 Jan 91    - Established the Tanajib Deputy Disbursing Office for
                       disbursing matters related to MPG-26.       Personel assigned to
                       that office are as follows:     IstLt Hackbarth, Sgt Plunkett,
                       LCpl Thorson and LCpl Arnot.
