The map of the dispersion scenario shows typical night time
metecrologicaj conditions for Jubuil area during the month of
December. flng wind direction will carry any air pollutant over
the industrial area. The wind direction is considered to be the
worst case if it is NW, because it will carry pollution towards
the town of Juball. With an inuersion lager, combined with
a low wind speed the dispersal rate Is uery low. There is
therefore a resultant larger IOLH area. Compare to the
typical dog time conditions scenario. This danger area will
be maintained until the volume of spilled ammonia has
totallg euaporated.
Remember that in all the cases the IRLH area will haue much
higher concentrations at the core of the area or pollution
'footprint'.
