         3. Action. The above guidance was relayed to LtCol Brady, I
         MEF COC Operations Watch officer. The same needs to be related
         to Col Lohman, I MEF G-3 during working hours. I MEF has had
         difficulty scheduling ranges and times, so a cancellation over
         this issue may hinder future scheduling of training.
