President Bush rejects Iraq's latest settlement offer and says there will be no

President Bush is reported to be close to issuing the order to call up many of the
nation's reservists. The call-up will draw from among 1,182,600 members of the
Selected Reserve - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard Reservists
as well as the Army National Guard and Air National Guard. It will not affect the
