S~bj:   REOWISITION OF THE LIGHT \AEIGHT BRITISH CFOG.

1.   D~te to the mission 0+ 1st Force Recon and 1st ~NGLICO, it is req~iested
that they be incl~~ded along with other gro~tnd Ljnits to receive the light
weight CFOGs.

2.   3pecial deployment Ltnits within SRI are expressing concern over the jact
thac they do not have enoLtgh room in their packs to carry two CF'OGs plLts
other combat essential gear.    ~lso i+ these ~tnits try to operate in the open
        in the heavy, b~tlky CFOGs they are c~~rrently iss~ed they will Ltnlikely
~e~jle to pre+orm,   let alone complete thier mission.

     It is reqLtested that these ~tnits have top priority in receiving the
light weight CFOGs.

4.   The +ollowing qLtantities will be needed to provide a single issL1e to the
above mentioned units.
