                 (5) Air conditioning with the MCPE and M20 in TEMPER tent
configuration. Use conventional AC. Get memo out for evaluation
at CRDEC and Chemical School for feasibility.

            b. Provide CP in the near/mid term.

                 (1) XM28
                 (2) Environmental Control Unit C-100 hardening kit

                     - Testing at Ducjway (milestone dates, status, etc)

                     - Procurement once testing results ok (funding,
coordination, delivery dates, teams to retrofit/train, etc)

                 (3) Hardening the ISO shelters

                     - Gaskets for the ISO shelters

                     - Additional filter blowers for ISO's

                     - Other items for ISO hardening

                 (4) Chemically/Biologically Protected Shelter

                     - Attend meeting in PA latter part of this month

                     - Get monies for procurement (MAJ Clark) and for R&D
for Natick. Natick said they need 3.5M to finish the CBPS
program. This may be partially resolved by OTSG general officer
discussion/msg to Army Materiel Command (AMC) general officer on
maintaining R&D funding on CBPS. The balance of the $3.5M must be
found. Work through COL Lewis (DASG-RDZ)ls office, so he can work
in SARDA to get that money for Natick. This is AMC R&D monies and
         not medical R&D monies.

                 (5) Trell Shelter
                     - Resolve the milestone for testing of the Trell with
         AHS.

                     - Get a wedge in with MAJ Clark to buy the Trell
requirement. Fine tuning the requirement with AHS can occur later.

                 (4) Fixed Site Collective Protection
                     - Buy more Modular Collective Protection E @ pment or
         whatever is suitable/feasible.
