         SUBJECT: Open Taskers Concerning operation Desert Shield


         1. Request that your office review and reply back to HCO-P NLT
         1200 hrs 12 0--t 90. The attached list contains open actions
         tasked to your office for action and reply. The listing
         contains taskers and/or issues relevant to operation Desert
         Shield. Some of -the -@aske--s may have been closed out already by
         the execution of other actions. There is also the possibility
         that the action has been completed but has not been recorded.

         2. In the event that the action is completed bring supporting
         documents that can be placed with the tasker to close it out
         properly. If the tasker is unresolved or current, submit an
         informal in-writing update that can be filed with the action to
