         Second anthrax production facilitv; estimated to produce sufficient
         doses to vaccinate                           starting in Apr 91.

         3.  @ Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic effective against anthrax
         but must be used with a full vaccination regimen for exposed SM's.
         Each SM will be issued one blister pack containing ten tablets with
         instructions to take two tablets daily when directed. Estimated
         deliveries are as follows:

         4.      Assumptions for botulinum vaccination:

             a. The vaccination schedule for each SM is three vaccinations;
         day 0, 2nd week, and 12th week.

             b. For botulinum vaccine it takes two weeks to administer each
         of the doses to SM's in the AOR. After the third dose it takes an
         additional two weeks for immunity to build up for SM's to be
         protected.
