        Second anthrax production facility; estimated to produce sufficient
        doses to vaccinate

        3.  @ Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic effective against anthrax
        but must be used with a full vaccination regimen for exposed SM's.
        Each SM will be issued one blister pack containing ten tablets with
        instructions to take two tablets daily when directed. Estimated
        deliveries are as follows:

        Initial procurement will  be for 30M tablets, 15M tablets in bottles
        of 50 tablets (500 mg) and 15M tablets in blister packs of ten
        tablets per blister pack. An option to procure another 30M tablets
        will be part of the contract.

        4.  @ Assumptions for botulinum vaccination:

            a. The vaccination schedule for each SM is three vaccinations;
        day 0, 2nd week, and 12th week.

            b. For botulinum vaccine it takes two weeks to administer each
        of the doses to SM's in the AOR. After the third dose it takes an
        additional two weeks for immunity to build up for SM's to be
        protected.

        5.  @ Projection    of the number of SM's protected against
