          1. Reference meeting among LTG Ledford, MG Russell, COL Tomlinson
          and MAJ Eng (OTSG) with LTG Reimer (DCSOPS) , 25 Aug 90, subject:
          Biological Warfare Threat and Medical Defensive Measures.

          2. TM Three EXSUMS and three information papers on biological
          warfare agents and medical protective measures are provided for the
          DCSOPS as requested from reference meeting. DCSOPS will be
          forwarding them to the VC/CSA.

          3. @ The EXSUM/information paper subjects are as follows:

               a. Medical Defense Against Anthrax

               b. Medical Defense Against Botulinum Toxins

               C. Staphylococcus Enterotoxin B (SEB) and Clostridium
          Perfingens (CP)

          4.   (U) Recommend concurrence with EXSUMs and information papers.
          They will be distributed to LTG Reimer, the other Surgeons General,
          DAMO-SW, COL Lewis (medical representative in SARDA), J-4, and
          Mr. Collis in the office of the ASD (HA).
